Welcome to Tea Garden VTC. By accessing our website or joining our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a member or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To join Tea Garden VTC you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age.
  • Own a legitimate copy of Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator.
  • Hold an active TruckersMP account in good standing (not banned).
  • Comply with the rules of TruckersMP, SCS Software, and Valve/Steam at all times.

3. Member Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Represent the VTC with respect. Behaviour that damages the reputation of Tea Garden VTC — whether in-game, on Discord, or elsewhere — may result in disciplinary action.
  • Follow TruckersMP rules. Any active ban on TruckersMP must be reported to management immediately. A ban may result in temporary suspension or removal from the VTC.
  • Communicate respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or targeted toxicity toward any person will not be tolerated.
  • Attend events in good faith. Intentional rule-breaking, trolling, or disrupting convoy events is grounds for removal.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must not share your account or impersonate another member.
  • You must keep your linked Steam and TruckersMP profiles accurate and up to date.

5. Activity Requirements

Members are expected to remain reasonably active within the community. Prolonged inactivity without prior notice to management may result in a membership review or removal. Specific activity thresholds are communicated in our internal guidelines on Discord.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, and written material — is the property of Tea Garden VTC or its respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of all content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tea Garden VTC and its management team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including in-game incidents or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any member who violates these Terms, without prior notice. Removal decisions made by the management team are final.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent changes. Continued participation in the VTC after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the general principles of applicable law. As an international community, we aim for fair and consistent enforcement regardless of a member's location.
